We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead servicing and uptime of our HDD drilling fleet on pipeline and trenchless projects in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
The role owns preventive maintenance, breakdown diagnosis, spare-parts control, and supervision of the site mechanic crew in demanding desert conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead all maintenance of the full HDD fleet — drill rigs, mud pumps, mixing/recycling systems and support equipment
2. Build and enforce preventive maintenance schedules
Diagnose and repair faults across:
Hydraulic circuits & rotary drive
Diesel engines (Cummins / CAT)
Drill pipe & downhole tooling
Electrical & control systems
Manage spare-parts inventory and OEM ordering
Maintain maintenance logs and equipment records in English
Supervise and train the site mechanic team
Enforce safety and Aramco contractor site standards

Diploma (3-yr DAE) in Mechanical / Auto / Diesel — B.Tech / BE Mechanical preferred
5–8+ years heavy-equipment maintenance, with min. 2–3 years on HDD rigs
Hands-on Vermeer / Ditch Witch / American Augers experience
Strong hydraulic & diesel engine diagnostics
Relevant maintenance trade certification & proven experience
Supervisory experience leading a mechanic crew
Good English — site reporting & OEM contact
