Job Description
As Tendering Engineer, you will own the full bid lifecycle across our two key divisions:
???? Microtunneling
???? Civil Infrastructure Projects
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Minimum 7 years of tendering / estimation experience in microtunneling and infrastructure projects
✅ Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia — no overseas applications will be considered
✅ Proven track record bidding to Saudi Aramco, SEC, NWC, NEOM, or equivalent Saudi clients
✅ Strong command of BOQ preparation, FIDIC contracts, and cost modelling
✅ Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
✅ Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus
